Shipping

We are delighted to be able to ship Luna by Khush orders worldwide! Any orders placed are shipped within 1-3 working days (excluding any public or bank holidays).

We use Royal Mail to ship out all orders in the UK and globally. We will always notify you to let you know your order has been shipped with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your goodies too!

International deliveries are priced depending on the weight and location - please contact us on our email - lunabykhush@outlook.com - for more details about this.

Luna by Khush does not hold any responsibility for delays caused by our courier company. Any additional charges that apply in the event of lost or damaged delivery, are not covered by Luna by Khush and the liability lies with the customer.

We do not hold liability if our courier service sends back your delivery because you were not present to collect it at the time of your delivery. Therefore, we cannot refund you for this and if you still want your parcel sent out to you again there will be a charge for this. Please email us or use our contact form if you have any specific enquiries regarding missing your order.

Returns

Luna by Khush does not offer any returns or exchanges nor issue any refunds due to the nature of our business we follow hygiene and safety very closely. Luna by Khush has the right to refuse all returns.

In the unlikely event of your order coming damaged and/or missing items please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We cannot resolve issues after this time frame. Please note, as a small business we do have a small team and work very closely in ensuring your order is carefully checked and packed prior to shipping.
